Depression can strongly impact an individual’s sense of Self, Relationships, Work and their Basic Quality of Life.
Anxiety can cause a person to feel Overwhelmed, Worrisome and Stressed to the degree that it effects their Physical, Psychological and Overall Well Being.
I can help teach my clients to become more Self-Aware of the Thoughts, Feelings and Behaviors that they might be feeling with their depression and/or anxiety. I have found the use of cognitive therapy adapts will for symptoms associated with Depression and Anxiety. Cognitive techniques are successful with identifying and altering negative thoughts, therefore helping to develop positive feelings.
