I have always believed that it takes a "STRONG" person to choose therapy for a particular problem they may be experiencing. Assisting individuals and couples to achieve their personal goals is always very gratifying for me.
I was originally born and raised in New York City. I eventually moved to Southern California and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. I obtained my Master's Degree in Psychology from Chapman University. My post graduate training focused extensively on building self-esteem for individuals, as well as working with couple relationships.
I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in Southern California. My private practice is focused on helping to create clear goals that will bring about result-oriented changes to increase happiness and fulfillment for individuals and couples.
