Welcome "To Your Journey of Self or Couple Empowerment-Enhancing Your Inner Self!" I work with both individuals and couples who identify as either Heterosexual and/or LGBTQ+; I specialize working to create and maintain a loving, respectful and thriving relationship with themselves or a partner relationship. My goal is to assist my clients to problem solve their various life issues, such as low self-esteem, career stressors and relationship choices through these strategies: improving communication, intimacy building, managing conflicts, reducing stress, and strengthening parenting and co-parenting skills.
I believe having a safe therapeutic haven for each member to express their individual thoughts and feelings are essential. My therapy style is to provide a guiding hand and an empathetic ear as you work through your issues and begin to create a loving, respectful and thriving relationship with yourself and others.

COVID-19 continues to create a lot of uncertainty in our environment. The feeling of being overwhelmed, anxious, fearful, exhausted, symptoms of PTSD and panic are to be expected. But you do not you have to continuously live with this. I am here to be your support system and together we can work through these feelings. Please contact me for a session. I do use Telehealth via ZOOM (HIPPA approved) to see clients, as well, I offer Home Base Therapy. Together we can beat this!
I also provide appointments on Saturday and Sunday as a convenience for busy life schedules.
